Last season I was interning for Ryan Lo's Fashion East show at the Topshop show space, and LFW was tears in the toilets and croissants in the black cab. It was a LOT of hard work but also insanely exciting and I was privileged enough to work with some really talented people. This season (AW14), however, I went back with one of my lovely friends from uni as a spectator only. Naturally we couldn't get into any shows or showrooms but regardless, we had an amazing, amazing day!

Lunch at Somerset House in the rain, a silver helium balloon filled ceiling in the shop, Isabella Blow: Fashion Galore! at Somerset House, McQueen's MA show right in front of our eyes, lurex pom poms, 1995 Galliano, a sequinned Isabella Blow face, Wagamama's for tea, the Meadham Kirchhoff show live at the Tate Modern, street style snaps, LadurĂ©e macaroons at Covent Garden, gold tinsel, the Topshop Unique show through virtual goggles in the Oxford Circus window, Philip Treacy plastic hats, sunglasses galore, riverside walks to the tube...

Definitely not tears in the toilet, but sleep on the megabus and fizzy excitement all day in London <3
